今日のテーマは豆腐についてです。
みなさんは、豆腐という食べ物を知っていますか？海外のデーパーでも売られているので、知っている人は多いと思います。白いやわらかい食べ物で、大豆から作られています。
しかし、みなさんは、いろいろな種類の豆腐があることを知っていますか？
日本では、様々な豆腐が売られていて、卵豆腐・ゴマ豆腐などたくさんあります。なかでも、私のお気に入りの豆腐は、ジーマーミー豆腐です。ジーマーミー豆腐。 はい。
で、ジーマーミー豆腐とはなにかというと、これは、沖縄や鹿児島でよく食べられている豆腐です。落花生からできており、ぷるんぷるんしている。豆腐とはすこし違うんですよね。すこし粘り気があるような、そんな食べ物です。これにたれをつけて食べるのですが、とてもおいしいです。
以前、沖縄に行ったときに。初めて食べました。とてもおいしくて、好きになりました。東京に戻ってきたときに、スーパーに行ったら、あったんですよ。ジーマーミー豆腐が！
なので、最近は毎日食べています。たぶんみなさんは、豆腐といえばよくある豆腐を思い浮かべると思うのですが、豆腐にも色々な種類があるということは知っておいてください。
そして日本にきたときには、いろいろな種類の豆腐をぜひ食べてほしいと思います。

Today’s topic is about Tofu.
Do you know Tofu?
Many people know about it because it is sold in the world. It is a soft white food and is made from soybeans.
But do you know that there are many different types of tofu? Many kinds of Tofu are sold in Japan, for instance, Tamago tofu and sesame tofu.
My favorite tofu is Gimami-Tofu. Gimami-Tofu. It is commonly eaten in Okinawa and Kagoshima. It is made from peanuts, and it is very soft and smooth. It’s a little different from tofu, it’s a bit sticky. You can eat it with sauce, and it’s very tasty.
When I went to Okinawa, I had it. It was the first time for me. It was very tasty, and I liked it. When I came back to Tokyo, I found it at the supermarket. Gimami-tofu! So I’ve been eating it every day lately.
Maybe when it comes to tofu, you think of the common tofu. but I want you to knot there are many different types of tofu, and I hope that you will be able to try them when you come to Japan. And when you come to Japan, I hope you will try the different types of tofu.
