今日のテーマはエイプリルフールについてです。

今日は、4月1日、エイプリルフールの日です。
皆さんは、何か、嘘をつきますか?

私は、エイプリルフールの日も、いつもと変わらず過ごします。
数年前に、友人に嘘をついたことがあります。
エイプリルフールの嘘ですね。
その時は、あの、事故に巻き込まれて、今病院にいると嘘をつきました。
で、その友人は、とても心配してくれて、今から病院に行くよと言ってくれました。
で、私が今日エイプリルフールだよと言いました。
すると、友人は少し怒りました。
で、そのような嘘は好きではないと言っていました。

まぁ、確かにいい嘘ではなかったですね。
まぁ、それで、嘘をつくのも面白くないなと思い、それ以降は、エイプリルフールでも関係なくいつも通り過ごしています。

Twitterとか、SNSで、いろいろな人がエイプリルフールを楽しみます。
それを見るのは楽しいですが、私は、特に何もしません。
皆さんは、エイプリルフールをどのように楽しみますか?

Today is April 1st, April Fool’s Day.
Are you going to tell a lie?

For me, April Fool’s Day is no different than any other day of the year.
A few years ago, I told a lie to my friend.
It was an April Fool’s Day lie.
At that time, I lied that I was involved in an accident and was in the hospital.
And my friend was very worried about me and told me that he was going to the hospital now.
Then I told him it was April Fool’s Day.
Then my friend got a little angry.
And he said he didn’t like that kind of lie.

Well, it certainly wasn’t a good lie, was it?
After that, I have been living my life as usual, even on April Fool’s Day.

On Twitter and other social networking sites, many people enjoy April Fool’s Day.
It’s fun to watch them, but I don’t do anything special.
