今日のテーマは、ひな祭りについてです。
昨日、3月３日はひな祭りでした。
ひな祭りとは、女の子の成長を祝って行われる行事のことです。
女の子供がいる家は、ひな人形を飾ります。
大体、２週間・３週間前から3月3日までひな人形を飾ります。
3月3日を過ぎると片付けます。
そして、ひな祭りでは、ちらし寿司を食べます。
ちらし寿司とは、ご飯の上にいろいろな種類の魚や卵、きゅうりなどを置いた食べ物です。
見た目がとても綺麗です。
私も、小さい時は、家族でひな祭りを楽しみました。
毎年、2月には、ひな人形を飾っていました。
ひな人形はたくさんの種類があり、そして、高いです。
小さな雛人形もあれば、７段ある雛人形もあります。
男の子の行事は5月にあります。
みなさんも日本に来たときは、ひな祭りを体験してみてください。

Today’s theme is about the Girls’ Festival.
Yesterday, March 3rd, was the Girls’ Festival.
Hina Matsuri is an event held to celebrate the growth of girls.
Houses with female children decorate hina dolls.
The dolls are usually displayed for two or three weeks before the festival until March 3rd.
After March 3rd, they are put away.
Chirashi-sushi is a kind of sushi with rice.
Chirashi-zushi is rice topped with various kinds of fish, eggs, and cucumbers.
It is very beautiful to look at.
When I was little, I also enjoyed the Hina Matsuri with my family.
Every year in February, we used to decorate hina dolls.
There are many kinds of hina dolls, and they are expensive.
Some dolls are small, while others have seven tiers.
Boys’ events are held in May.
If you ever come to Japan, you should experience the Hinamatsuri.
