今日のテーマは、雷についてです。

皆さんの国では、雷がよく鳴りますか?
日本では、あまり雷は鳴りません。
今日、東京で、雷が鳴りました。
とても久しぶりでした。

お昼は、とても天気がよかったです。
今日も散歩をしましたが、とても晴れていました。
しかし、夕方5時か6時くらいに天気が急に変わりました。
雨が降って、大きな雷が何度も鳴りました。
久しぶりだったので、少しびっくりしました。

私がフィリピンで留学をしていた時、たくさん雷の音を聞きました。
フィリピンでちょうど雨の季節でした。
なので、よく雨が降って、そして、大きな雷を聞きました。
あと、実際に雷が落ちるところを何度も見ました。
最初は怖かったのですが、だんだん慣れてきました。
しかし、音が大きいので耳栓をして寝ていました。
日本では、雷があまりならないので、夜、ぐっすり眠れます。

Today’s theme is about lightning.

Do you often hear thunder in your country?
In Japan, we don’t get much thunder.
Today, we had a thunderstorm in Tokyo.
It was the first time in a long time.

It was a beautiful day at noon.
I went for a walk today, and it was very sunny.
But at about 5 or 6 pm, the weather suddenly changed.
It started raining and there was a lot of loud thunder.
It was the first time in a long time, so I was a little surprised.

When I was studying in the Philippines, I heard a lot of thunder.
It was the rainy season in the Philippines.
So it rained a lot, and I heard a lot of thunder.
Also, I saw lightning actually strike many times.
It was scary at first, but I gradually got used to it.
However, the noise was so loud that I had to sleep with earplugs in.
In Japan, we don’t get much thunder, so I can sleep well at night.
