今日のテーマは、面接についてです。
面接を受けました私は今日面接を受けました。
面接といっても、転職するわけではありません。
社内の面接です。
今、働いている会社で、新しいプロジェクトが始まりました。
そのプロジェクトメンバーを募集する面接です。
私を含めて50人くらいの人が手をあげました。
50人ぐらいの応募がありました。
そして、そこからメンバーに選ばれるのは6名から7名くらいです。
結構狭き門ですよね。
大体、8人に1人くらいですかね。
計算が間違っていなければ、8人に1人くらいの割合で選ばれると思います。
今日面接があって、それは30分くらいでした。
なんでこのプロジェクトに入りたいのか、そして、入ったらどんなことをしたいのか。
今私が考える課題は何なのかなど、いろいろ聞かれました。
しかし、面接官が2人いたんですけれども、2人とも以前一緒に働いたことがある知り合いでした。
なので、特に緊張することもなく、たまに笑いながら面接を受けました。
結果は明日わかります。
まぁ社内プロジェクトなので、選ばれなかったとしてもショックを受けないんじゃないかなと思っています。
すでに社内でいろいろなことをしているので、まぁ、それはそれでいいかなと思っています。
もし選ばれたら全力で頑張りたいと思います。
新しいことを始めるのが好きなので、新しいプロジェクトはいいなと思って面接を受けました。
結果がどうなったかどうかは、また後日話します。

Hello, everyone.
SAKURA TIPS is a Japanese listening Podcast.

Today’s theme is about interviews.
I had a job interview today.
I had an interview today, but it was not for a new job.
It was an internal interview.
A new project has started at the company I’m working for now.
It was an interview to recruit members for the new project.
Including myself, about 50 people raised their hands.
There were about 50 applicants.
And only about 6 to 7 people were selected as members.
That’s a small number.
If I don’t calculate wrongly , it’s about one out of every eight people who are selected.
I had an interview today, and it lasted about 30 minutes.
Why do I want to join this project, and what do I want to do once I join?
They asked me a lot of questions, such as what are the issues I think about now.
However, there were two interviewers, and they were both acquaintances who I had worked with before.
So I didn’t feel nervous at all, and just laughed at times during the interview.
I’ll know the result tomorrow.
Well, it’s an internal project, so I think I won’t be shocked if I’m not selected.
I’m already doing a lot of things within the company, so I think, well, that’s fine.
If I am selected, I will do my best.
I interviewed for the position because I like to start new things, and I thought a new project would be nice.
I’ll talk about how the result turned out someday.
