今日のテーマは、大学受験についてです。
日本では、先週末、大学受験の試験がありました。
これは、センター試験と呼ばれるもので、大学を受験する人は全員受けます。
私も高校生の時、センター試験を受けました。
私の大学受験の思い出は、苦しかったですね。
毎日１０時間以上勉強をしていました。
勉強をしてもしても、なかなか成績があがらず、しんどい思いもしました。
大学受験は、学校によって、大学によって違います。
２回試験があるところもあれば、センター試験のみの大学もあります。
私の大学は、センター試験を受験した後、大学独自の試験も受けます。
センター試験はあまりいい出来ではなかったのですが、大学独自の試験では、いい成績が取れたので合格しました。
今年は、雪がたくさん降り、富山県などでは受験生が会場に行けなかったと言うこともありました。
この寒い時期に試験があるのは大変ですよね。
特に今年は、今まで以上に大変だと思います。

Today’s theme is about university entrance exams.
In Japan, there was a university entrance exam last weekend.
It’s called the National Center Test, and everyone who wants to take a university entrance exam has to take it.
When I was a high school student, I also took the National Center Test.
My memories of the university entrance examinations are that it was painful.
I studied for more than 10 hours every day.
No matter how hard I studied, my grades did not improve, so I had a hard time.
University entrance exams differ from university to university.
Some universities have two exams, while others only have the National Center Test.
At my university, we have to take the center exam and then take the university’s own exam.
I didn’t do so well on the center exam, but I got a good score on the university’s own exam, so I passed.
This year, there was a lot of snow, and in places like Toyama Prefecture, some students were unable to get to the examination site.
It’s hard to have exams in this cold season.
Especially this year, I think it is more difficult than ever.
