私は、紙も使うし、アプリも使います。
外にいる時に、何か思いついたらアプリに書きます。

家にいるときは、紙とペンを使います。
だいたい、ちょっと考えることが難しくなってきた時、あと、悩んだ時ですね。
その時に、紙とペンをとって、思っていることをとにかく書き出します。
