今日のテーマは、郷土料理についてです。
日本には、たくさんの郷土料理があります。
場所によって、有名なものが違います。
例えば、大阪では、お好み焼き、そしてたこ焼きなどが有名です。
福岡では、明太子が有名です。
そして、たくさんの郷土料理があります。
私の生まれた町、生まれた県ですね、では、鯛めしが有名です。
鯛めしとは、鯛という魚のお茶漬けのようなものです。
とても美味しいです。
昨日、テレビをみていて、宮城県の郷土料理をみました。
「せり鍋」という料理です。
鍋は、ふつう、たくさんの具材が入っているのですが、せりなべは、「せり」と言う野菜がほとんどです。
そして、少し鶏肉を入れます。
せりは、根っこまで食べるそうです。
おもしろいですね。
私が今食べたい郷土料理は、山梨県の「ほうとう鍋」です。
とても美味しそうなので、一度食べてみたいです。
それでは、今日はこのへんで終わりにしようと思います。

I will speak Japanese slowly.
Today’s theme is about local cuisine.
In Japan, there are many local dishes.
they differ from place to place.
For example, in Osaka, okonomiyaki and takoyaki are famous.
In Fukuoka, mentaiko is famous.
There are also many local dishes.
In the town where I was born, the prefecture where I was born, Tai-meshi is famous.
Tai-meshi is a kind of ochazuke made with sea bream.
It is very delicious.
Yesterday, I was watching TV and saw a local dish from Miyagi Prefecture.
It is called “Seri-nabe”.
Nabe(hot pot) usually contains many ingredients, but in Seri-nabe, most of the ingredients are vegetables called “Seri”.
It also has a little bit of chicken.
It is said that even the roots of it are eaten.
It’s interesting.
The local dish I want to try now is “Houtou Nabe” from Yamanashi Prefecture.
It looks very tasty and I would like to try it.
