今日のテーマは、家事代行についてです。

皆さんの国では家事代行サービスがありますか?
2時間とか3時間、代わりに家事をしてくれるサービスです。

私は今日、家事代行サービスを使いました。
3時間、料理をしてもらいました。
3時間で、たくさんの料理を作ってくれました。
シチューとか、野菜ですね。
あと、ハンバーグなどたくさんの料理を作ってくれました。

さっき、いくつか食べました。
とてもおいしかったです。

私は普段、自分で料理をします。
しかし、平日は特に、疲れています。
仕事があって、7時から8時位まで仕事をします。
なので、その後料理をするのは、大変です。

今日、たくさんの料理を作ってくれたので、しばらくは私は料理をする必要がありません。
とてもうれしいです。

皆さんは、自分で料理をしますか?
もし、疲れて料理をしたくない人は、家事代行サービスを使ってみるのもいいと思います。

She cooked for me for three hours.
She cooked a lot of food in three hours.

I usually cook for myself, but especially on weekdays, I am very tired.
I have to work, and I work from 7:00 or 8:00 pm.
