こういう話をすると、真面目だねとか言われたりするのですが、私のモチベーションは仕事をしたくないと言うことです。
早く仕事が終われば早く自分の時間を作ることができます。
早く家に帰って読書をしたりYouTubeを見たり、自分の好きなことに時間が使えます。
なので私はいかに早く仕事を終わらせて自分のしたいことをするか、これがモチベーションになっています。
考える時間なんてないよと言う人もいるかもしれません。
ですが、切れない斧で木を切るよりは、いちど斧をきれいにして木を切ったほうが、結果的には早く木を切ることができます。
こんな感じで、いちど立ち止まってみて、自分の方法について考えてみると良いと思います。
