この番組は日本語を勉強している人のための、日本語聞き流し番組です。
ゆっくり日本語を話します。
今日のテーマは、スケジュールについてです。
みなさんは、1日のスケジュールを立てますか？
スケジュールを作ることが好きですか？
私は、旅行の時はスケジュールを決めるのですが、普段はつくっていません。
ですが、今日から1日のスケジュールを決めようと思います。
理由は、スケジュールがないと、1日だらだらしてしまうからです。
私は今、家で働いています。
在宅勤務をしています。
家で働いていると、時間がなんとなく過ぎてしまいます。
思うように仕事が進まない時があります。
なので朝に1日のスケジュールを決めることにしました。
具体的には1日のやることリストを作ります。
そして、何時に何をするということを決めようと思います。
あと、仕事が終わった後のTo Do リストも作りたいです。
「掃除」とか「Podcast」とかですね。
最近、時間を無駄にしていたので、今日から気持ちを入れ替えてがんばりたいです。

This is a Japanese language listening program for those who are studying Japanese.
I will speak Japanese slowly.
Today’s theme is about schedules.
Do you make a schedule for your day?
Do you like to make a schedule?
I make a schedule when I travel, but I don’t usually make one.
However, starting today, I’m going to make a daily schedule.
The reason for this is that without a schedule, I tend to slack off for the day.
I am currently working from home.
When I work from home, time just seems to pass by.
Sometimes I don’t get as much done as I would like.
So I decided to make a schedule for the day in the morning.
Specifically, I make a list of things to do for the day.
Then I will decide what I will do at what time.
I also want to make a to-do list for after work.
Something like “cleaning” or “podcasts”.
I’ve been wasting a lot of time lately, so I want to change my mind and do my best starting today.
Do you make a schedule?
