みなさんの国では、日焼けをする人が多いですか？
海外に行くと、日焼けをするためにビーチを行く人を見ます。
背中を出して日焼けをしています。
日本では、特に女性は、日焼けをしないためにいろいろなことをしています。
例えば、たくさんの日本人女性は、日傘を使います。
春や夏は、日傘がたくさん売っています。
私も、夏は、日傘を使います。
そして、帽子も被ります。
あと、私は、日焼け止めクリームを毎日使っています。
1日中家にいる日も、日焼け止めクリームを使っています。
窓から太陽の光が入ってくるので、家にいたとしても、必ず使っています。
それくらい、日本人女性は日焼けの対策をしています。
日本では、日焼けをした肌が、あまり美しいという感覚はありません。
あと、日焼けをするとシワが増えたりするので、みんな気をつけています。
この感覚は、国によって人によって様々だと思います。
みなさんは日焼けが好きですか？

When I go abroad, I see people going to the beach to get a tan.
They are tanning with their backs exposed.
In Japan, women in particular do a lot of things to avoid getting sunburned.
For example, many Japanese women use parasols.
In the spring and summer, there are many parasols on sale.
I also use a parasol in the summer.
I also wear a hat.
I also use sunscreen cream every day.
Even on days when I am at home all day, I use sunscreen.
Sunlight comes in through the windows, so even if I am at home, I always use sunscreen.
That’s how much Japanese women take measures to protect themselves from the sun.
In Japan, tanned skin is not considered to be very beautiful.
Also, sunburn increases wrinkles, so everyone is careful about it.
