今日のテーマは、時間の使い方についてです。

皆さんは、時間の使い方が上手ですか?
私は最近、時間の使い方が上手ではありません。
あっという間に1日が終わってしまいます。

私は平日、9時から7時くらいまで、家で仕事をしています。
その仕事が終わった後に、podcastを録ったりいろいろしています。
7時まで働いているのですが、本当は5時で終わらせたいです。
で、なんで残業をしているのかという風に考えました。
理由は、たぶん日中、集中できていない時間があるからです。
しっかりと、集中して仕事をすれば、5時で終わらせることができるんじゃないかなと思っています。
しかし、長い時間集中することは難しいです。
気がつけば、何か別のことをしてしまっています。
時間の使い方があまり上手ではないなぁと思っています。

それで最近、時間の使い方について本を読んでいます。
とても面白いし、とても刺激的です。
みなさんも時間を上手に使って、日本語の勉強をがんばってください。

Today’s theme is about how to use time.

Are you good at using your time?
Recently, I have not been using my time very well.
Time flies so fast..

I work at home from 9:00 to 7:00 on weekdays.
After work, I record podcasts and do other things.
I work until 7:00, but I really want to finish at 5:00.
So I wondered why I was working late.
The reason is probably because there are times during the day when I am not able to concentrate.
I think that if I work hard and concentrate, I can finish my work by five o’clock.
However, it is difficult to concentrate for a long time.
The next thing I know, I’m doing something else.
I think I am not very good at using my time.

So I’ve been reading books about how to use time.
It’s very interesting and very inspiring.
I hope that everyone will make good use of their time and do their best to study Japanese.
