みなさんは、お肌をきれいに保つために、何かしていますか？
肌を若いままでいるために、何かしていますか？
私は昨日、肌ケアに関するYoutubeを見ました。
そこでは、たった２つのことに気をつけるといい と書かれていました。
１つ目は、紫外線です。
２つ目は、クリームです。
まず、紫外線について話します。
肌は、紫外線に当たると、どんどん老化していきます。
なので、日焼け止めクリームを使って紫外線から肌を守ることが大事です。
私は、毎日日焼け止めクリームを使っています。
２つ目は、クリームです。
お風呂から出た後、朝顔を洗った後、何か顔に塗っていますか？
私は、ローションとクリームを塗っています。
しかし、そのYoutubeによると、クリームだけで十分だそうです。
そして、そのクリームも、高級品である必要はありません。

その２つさえしていれば、肌を若く保つことができます。

What are you doing to keep your skin looking good?
What are you doing to keep your skin young?
I watched a Youtube video yesterday about skin care, and it said that there are only two things you need to take care of.
The first one is UV rays.
The second is creams.
First, let’s talk about UV rays.
When your skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays, it ages rapidly.
Therefore, it is important to protect your skin from UV rays by using sunscreen cream.
I use sunscreen every day.
The second is the cream.
After taking a bath or washing your face in the morning, do you apply anything to your face?
I use lotion and cream.
But according to Youtube, cream alone is enough.
And that cream doesn’t have to be a luxury product either.
Well, in other words, UV rays and moisturizer.
