English

Hello, everyone.
SAKURA TIPS is a Japanese listening Podcast.

————————–

Today’s theme is about diary.

Do you keep a diary?
I write in my diary every day.
I wake up in the morning, do a little exercise, and then write in my diary while drinking coffee.
This has become part of my morning routine.

When I write in my diary, I am able to organize my thoughts.
Even if I have a lot of things on my mind, writing in my diary helps me sort them out and clear my head.
I write my diary on paper, not on an app on my phone or computer.
I write by hand, using a pen and paper.
This is very good.

It’s a little different from typing on a computer or phone.
As I write by hand, my mind becomes clearer.
So I use a pen and paper to write instead of my phone or computer.

Sometimes I write in my diary not only in the morning, but also at night.
It’s a good way to look back on the day.
This is very good.
Then, after a few days or months have passed, I re-read the diary I wrote.
Then I can think, “I was worried about this a month ago,” or later, I can see how much I’ve developed in a month.
Since I started writing a diary, I think it has had a very positive effect on me.

I would like you to try writing a diary.
If you do, use a pen and paper.
