今日のテーマは食事についてです。

みなさんは、普段食べているものに気をつけていますか?
いつもマクドナルドやお菓子など、体に良くないものをばかり食べていませんか?

私は、食べるものに気をつけています。
まず、水をたくさん飲みます。
そして、ご飯は少なめで食べます。
キムチとチーズはいつも食べています。
アボカドと納豆もよく食べます。
野菜をたっぷり食べます。

ちなみに今日のご飯は、肉を焼いたもの、そしてパプリカ・ピーマン・ズッキーニを焼いたもの、そして他の野菜とキムチ・チーズでした。
いつもは、これに納豆とアボカドも一緒に食べます。
野菜をたくさん食べているので、とても健康だと思います。

このような食事は、コロナが始まってから気をつけるようにしました。
時間ができたので、食事にも気をつけることができました。
そして今は不健康なもの、例えばお菓子やマクドナルドを食べたいと思わなくなりました。
なので、今はとても健康です。

私たちの体は食べたものでできています。
いちど食事に気をつけてみてください。

Today’s theme is about food.

Do you pay attention to what you eat?
Are you always eating McDonalds, sweets, and other things that are not good for your health?

I am very careful about what I eat.
First of all, I drink a lot of water.
Then, I eat less rice.
I always eat kimchi and cheese.
I also often eat avocado and natto.
I eat a lot of vegetables.

By the way, today’s meal was grilled meat, grilled bell pepper, green pepper, zucchini, and other vegetables, kimchi, and cheese.
I usually eat this with natto and avocado as well.
I eat a lot of vegetables, so I think I am very healthy.

I have been careful to eat this kind of food since the start of Corona.
Now that I have more time, I am able to pay more attention to my diet.
And now I don’t want to eat unhealthy things like sweets or McDonald’s anymore.
So, I am very healthy now.
