English
Hello, everyone.
SAKURA TIPS is a Japanese listening Podcast.
————————–
Today’s theme is about tableware.
I went to buy tableware yesterday.
I went to a store called Nitori.
Nitori is a store that sells furniture, tableware, bath products, and other things that are used in daily life.
There are stores all over Japan, and everyone knows about them.
I went there yesterday.
I bought hangers, slippers, and other things, and some tableware.
Some of the dishes I use now have been in use for more than 10 years, and I don’t really like the design of some of them.
So I decided to replace them and give my kitchen a spark joy.
Yesterday, I bought a small white plate, a wooden bowl, and chopsticks.
The chopsticks I bought before were getting a little old, so I bought new ones.
And I really like the wooden plates.
I think wooden plates are really nice, because when you put food on them, it looks more delicious.
So I thought that using my favorite dishes would make my daily meals more enjoyable.
Even if it’s the same dish, different tableware makes all the difference, doesn’t it?
Yesterday, I ate a meal with new dishes.
It tasted better than usual.
So if you’re feeling a little stuck in a rut, it might be a good idea to change your tableware.
