Hello, everyone.
SAKURA TIPS is a Japanese listening Podcast.

————————–

Today’s theme is about shopping.

I went shopping yesterday.
I went to UNIQLO and Nitori.

UNIQLO is a place where you can buy clothes.
And Nitori is a store that sells furniture.
Nitori sells not only furniture, but also interior goods, kitchen goods, and so on.
UNIQLO and Nitori are both stores that can be found everywhere in Japan and are known to all Japanese people.
Yesterday, I went to both.

UNIQLO was already selling fall clothes, and summer clothes were on sale.
However, it is still hot in Japan, so I could  buy summer clothes at a reasonable price.
And at Nitori, I mainly bought kitchen goods.
I bought a tray and some plates.
I’ve been wanting to buy them for a long time, so I finally got them.

And today, I’m going shopping again.
Today, I’m going to Muji and 100 yen store.
I’m sure many of you are familiar with them.
Muji has stores in many countries, so I think many of you have been there before.
When I was living in England, there was a Muji store in London.
There was also a 100 yen store, I think.
I think there was a store called DAISO, although it was not 100 yen.
I think they have them in the U.S., too.
In Japan, the price is 100 yen, but in other countries, it is not.
Today, I’m thinking of going to those two places and buying the rest of the things I wanted to buy.

Do you have a favorite place?
