今日のテーマはイライラについてです。
私は今日イライラしていました。
理由は、仕事で忙しかったからです。
たくさんの仕事を任されて、しかも今日中にしなければいけないという状況だったので、余裕がなくなり、イライラしていました。
仕事がたくさんあるだけならまだ良いのですが、つい周りの人と比べてしまいます。
同じ業務を担当していても、私だけたくさんの仕事を渡されたりしました。
まぁ、その理由は、私が仕事が終わらすのが早いので、他の人と比べて早いので、私にたくさん渡すと言うことです。
ただそうなると私としては「なんで？」と思いますね。
私は早く仕事を終わらせて、早く休みたい。
別のことをしたいと思っています。
なので、急いで素早く終わらせるのですが、だからといって、また別の仕事を渡されるのはおかしいんじゃないかと思っています。
それはそれはどうなんでしょうね。
わたし的には、みんな同じ量を渡して早く終わった人は、早く終わればいいと思います。
もちろん困っているときには助けますが、毎回そのような感じだと私も、まぁ早く終わらしても他の人の仕事をしないといけないんだったら、ゆっくりしようかなと思います。
そうなると、みんながどんどんスピードが遅くなって、あんまり良くないんじゃないかなと思います。
これは私のチームだけでなく、こんな悩みを抱えている人も多いと思います。
皆さんの働いている場所ではどうですか?

Today’s theme is about frustration.
I was frustrated today.
The reason is that I was busy at work.
I was given a lot of work to do, and it had to be done by the end of the day, so I had no time and was getting frustrated.
It would have been fine if I just had a lot of work to do, but I found myself comparing myself to the people around me.
Even though I was in charge of the same work with others, I was sometimes the only one who was given a lot of work.
Well, the reason is that I finish my work faster than others, so they give me more work.
But then I would think, “Why?” .
I want to finish my work early and take a break early.
I want to do something else.
So I hurry up and get it done quickly, but that doesn’t mean I think it’s wrong to be given another job to do.
I don’t know about that.
In my opinion, I think it’s better to give everyone the same amount of work and let those who finish early finish early.
Of course, I will help them if they are in trouble, but if it’s like that every time, I also think, well, if I have to do someone else’s work even if I finish early, I’ll just slow down.
I think this is not good for everyone, because it makes everyone work slower and slower.
This is not only my team, but I think there are many people who have this problem.
